Jacinthe is Saraïlis Avocats’ superstar paralegal since 2020. For now 2 years, she supports our lawyers in the corporate and business law practice and commercial litigation as well. 

Seriously, no corporate reorganization or structuration is a challenge for Jacinthe. Even when it is challenging, she is professionally taking charge with her practical qualities and her resourcefulness. Our lawyers would say that she is a trusted colleague they would not be able to practice law without.

She began her journey as a paralegal in 2019 after a previous career in the equestrian industry.  This past career gave her the maturity and the ability to handle serious and stressful situation with great autonomy. In that context she learned the importance of team work and how to cherish clients' expectations.
 
After completing her paralegal technical degree at Bart’s College, she worked at Lavery de Billy, one of the oldest full-service law firm in the province of Québec. Her paralegal practice there learned Jacinthe with the bolts and nuts of the corporate paralegal practice, especially in the securities, merger & acquisition and real estate law practice.
No law firm can operate without a superstar paralegal like Jacinthe, she is at the heart of our excellence.
