Member of Quebec bar since 2005, Mr. Sarailis graduated at the Université Laval's Faculty of Law in 2004. He is also trained in business administration and political sciences and he is about to complete a Master degree in Business Law (LL.M).

Founding partner of Sarailis Avocats founded in 2006, Mr Saraïlis' main expertise fields are business law, international business law and commercial litigation. Moreover, being a trade-mark agent, he also specialises in intellectual property law.

Jacinthe is Saraïlis Avocats’ superstar paralegal since 2020. For now 2 years, she supports our lawyers in the corporate and business law practice and commercial litigation as well. 

Anna Palnikova joined Saraïlis Avocats in 2021 as a law student and will complete her articles for the École du Barreau du Québec in 2023.

Although she does most of her work within our business law practice, Anna is eager to work in all areas of our practice with a particular interest for intellectual property and trademark law.
